Key West sells its experiences hard. Every activity has a dozen operators, every operator has a booking page, and every booking page says the same thing: book now. What's been missing is the layer before all that — the knowledgeable friend who asks about your group before recommending anything.
Key West Compass is that layer. We're an independent publisher — not a tour operator, not a booking engine, not a tourism bureau. We write decision guides that compare formats honestly, we ask the family-fit questions booking pages skip, and our Experience Finder turns your answers into a shortlist of formats worth your time.
We're early, and we'd rather say so than fake maturity: no activity category currently has an operator assigned to it, so a request you send us today is read by us and goes no further. Our verification process is underway, and nothing changes on that front quietly — every category's live status, and exactly where a request goes, is published on our category status page. What's genuinely useful today is the decision frameworks.
