Browsing: reading this site requires no account and no personal information.

Forms: if you submit the Experience Finder, the partner form or the contact form, we receive exactly what you type — for the Experience Finder that can include your name, email, phone, preferred contact method, trip details (dates, party size, budget range, priorities), optional children's approximate ages and optional planning notes. We ask you not to submit sensitive medical information or birth dates, and form fields are designed not to require them.

Forms are processed by Netlify Forms, the form-handling service of our hosting provider (Netlify), which stores submissions and relays them to us. Netlify acts as a processor for this data under its own privacy terms.

What happens today: no activity category has an operator assigned to it, so requests submitted through the Experience Finder are stored and read by us and are not shared with any provider. The current status of every category is published on our category status page.

What the consent box permits: when you check it and submit, you allow us to share your request details — contact information included — with a relevant local provider so they can respond about your request, if and when we have one covering that activity. That checkbox is never pre-selected, sharing never happens without it, and submitting a request never creates a booking.

We share inquiry details only as described here and only with your consent. We do not sell personal information to data brokers or unrelated third parties. Some provider relationships involve compensation to Key West Compass, as disclosed in our terms and on pages where those relationships appear.

We use analytics (Google Analytics 4) only when it is configured for the deployment. When active, it sets its usual cookies and collects usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) to help us understand what content helps travelers; we configure IP anonymization and we never pass your form answers, name, email or phone number into analytics events. When analytics is not configured, the site sets no analytics cookies at all.

Beyond that, the site itself does not use cookies for tracking, advertising or profiling.

We keep form submissions for as long as they're operationally useful — responding to your request, maintaining records of consent, and improving our matching — and delete them when they no longer serve those purposes. Netlify retains submissions per its own schedule, and we can delete stored submissions on request.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you've submitted, or to withdraw a pending request, via the contact form. If we've already routed your request to a provider with your consent, we'll tell you which provider so you can contact them directly as well.

This site is for adults planning travel. We don't knowingly collect information from children; the optional children's-ages field exists so parents can plan age-appropriate activities and asks for approximate ages only.

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top and, where the change affects previously submitted information, say so plainly here.
