Apply for a category

This is an application for operators, not a traveler booking request. If you are planning a trip, the Experience Finder is what you want instead.

Before you apply

  • You operate the activity yourself in Key West or the surrounding Lower Keys — not a reseller or booking aggregator
  • You hold the licensing and insurance your activity requires, and can confirm it
  • You can respond to an inquiry within one business day during your operating season
  • You quote honestly, including telling a traveler when your trip is the wrong fit for them
  • You are comfortable being the only operator we introduce in your category during the pilot

What applying does and does not do

Submitting this form does not reserve a category, create a partnership, or oblige either side to anything. We do not guarantee lead volume, bookings or revenue, and we will not quote you a number we have not measured.

  • We read every application ourselves — there is no scoring system and no queue
  • If the category fits, we arrange a call to talk through your season and what a pilot would look like
  • You receive a plain-language term sheet before anything is agreed
  • If it is not a fit, we tell you that directly rather than leaving you waiting

Where you actually run trips. We only introduce travelers inside your stated area.

How quickly can you reply during your season?

Plain answers travel further here than polished ones. Telling us who your trips don't suit is a point in your favour, not against you.

Licensing and insurance

Your own confirmation, not evidence. We verify separately before any placement goes live, and we never describe an operator as licensed, insured or vetted on the strength of a checkbox.

We ask for nothing beyond what qualifies an operator — no documents, no payment details, no government identifiers. What you send is stored with our form provider and read by us. See our privacy policy.
