Travelers answer what they know — “not sure” is an allowed answer throughout — so no single inquiry will carry every field. What arrives is what the traveler chose to tell us, plus their explicit consent to be contacted about it.

The response standard we ask for
Same business day where possible. Charter decisions are made early and held, and the operator who answers first is frequently the one who runs the trip.
We ask you to tell us when an inquiry is bad — wrong activity, outside your area, a date you cannot cover. That is not a complaint, it is the feedback that makes the next one better, and it is how an invalid inquiry gets handled rather than counted.
What category exclusivity means here
Fishing travelers arrive with the least-formed idea of what they want and the highest willingness to be guided. A single operator receiving those inquiries can shape the trip rather than compete on price against a listing page.
And what it does not mean
- It applies to this category in the Key West market for the agreed pilot term — not permanently, and not across the site
- It is a commitment about who we introduce, not a promise about how many introductions there will be
- It does not stop us publishing guidance that recommends a different activity when that is the honest answer for a traveler
- It becomes real only when a written pilot agreement is in place — until then, no category is claimed or reserved by anyone
