- Dates, and whether the group is already in town

We ask you to tell us when an inquiry is bad — wrong activity, outside your area, a date you cannot cover. That is not a complaint, it is the feedback that makes the next one better, and it is how an invalid inquiry gets handled rather than counted.

Group organisers ask one operator a long list of questions and then stop looking. Being that operator is worth considerably more here than being one of several options.
And what it does not mean
